Terms and Conditions for renting a vehicle<\/h1>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Cancellation policy<\/b><\/p>\n

    \n
  • There are no cancellation fees for cancellations made 3 days before the date and time of vehicle pickup. For any cancellation within 3 days before the day of vehicle collection, the amount of the deposit will be charged. <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
      \n
    • The rental company may cancel the reservation in any case of incorrect information, such as when the driver’s license does not comply with Greek car rental legislation, etc. and is entitled to charge the entire advance. <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
        \n
      • The company may cancel the reservation 2 hours after the date and time of receipt of the reservation, in case of no-show, without prior notice, and charge the advance payment. <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
          \n
        • It is forbidden to move the vehicle outside the island.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          Violations.<\/b><\/p>\n

          • Each vehicle is only allowed to be driven on designated roads for road use. <\/span><\/li>\n
          • Driving off-road, on sand, on beaches and in salt flats is prohibited and incurs penalties.<\/span><\/li>\n
          • The company may terminate the rental contract, without any notice and without refund, when the driving or use of the vehicle is inappropriate or when the lessee or the driver endangers people’s lives. <\/span><\/li>\n
          • The renter\/driver is responsible for any traffic violation or illegal parking during the rental period of the vehicle.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

            Payment policy<\/b><\/p>\n

            • Bodily injuries to third parties<\/span><\/li>\n
            • Material damage to third parties<\/span><\/li>\n
            • Accident care<\/span><\/li>\n
            • Personal driver accident.<\/span><\/li>\n
            • 24-hour roadside assistance.<\/span><\/li>\n
            • An additional driver <\/span><\/li>\n
            • Kid’s seat <\/span><\/li>\n
            • Unlimited kilometers within Naxos<\/span><\/li>\n
            • Road map of Naxos<\/span><\/li>\n
            • Delivery and collection at selected stations <\/span><\/li>\n
            • VAT<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

              Payment<\/b><\/p>\n

              The following cards are accepted for payment through our website:<\/span><\/p>\n

              VISA, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n

              Delivery (return) of vehicle<\/b><\/p>\n

                \n
              • The lessor is obliged to return the vehicle on the date and time indicated in the respective lease contract. <\/span><\/li>\n
              • Also, the vehicle must be returned in the same condition and with the same fuel level as stated in the respective rental contract. <\/span><\/li>\n
              • No refunds are given for extra fuel not used by the hirer\/driver.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                <\/b><\/p>\n

                Car rental<\/b><\/p>\n

                Driver requirements: <\/span>The driver must be between 23 and 75 years old. <\/span>For the mini category the limit is 23 years and for the SUV category 25.<\/p>\n

                Driver’s License:<\/span> The driver must have a license for at least one year.<\/span><\/p>\n

                In addition, the presentation of a valid ID or passport is necessary.<\/span><\/p>\n

                To rent a vehicle for drivers with a license outside the European Union, an international driving license is required. <\/span><\/p>\n

                Car insurance <\/strong><\/p>\n

                  \n
                • Third party insurance (simple) is included in the price of all vehicles. In the event of an accident, third party insurance covers damages to the other vehicle involved. The renter\/driver is responsible for any damage to the rented vehicle.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
                    \n
                  • Insurance F. C. D. W. (Full Collision Damage Waiver) is an optional insurance that you can add to your rental.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
                      \n
                    • There is no insurance coverage if the driver is under the influence of alcohol, drugs or commits traffic violations. <\/span><\/li>\n
                    • The driver is responsible for any traffic violation or illegal parking during the rental period of the vehicle. <\/span><\/li>\n
                    • Driving off-road, on sand, on beaches and in salt marshes is prohibited. <\/span><\/li>\n
                    • In the event of an accident, a police report is required. <\/span><\/li>\n
                    • There is no insurance coverage on the rental vehicle for damage to the tires, mirrors, transmission, windows, underbody and interior of the vehicle. <\/span><\/li>\n
                    • There is no insurance cover in case of key loss.<\/span><\/li>\n
                    • \n
                      3d.P.I. With third-party insurance, the customer bears the total cost of the vehicle’s damage. <\/div>\n<\/li>\n
                    • \n
                      T.W. The lessee accepts theft insurance. F.T.I. The lessee accepts insurance for a flat tire.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n
                    • \n
                      F.T.I. The lessee accepts insurance for a flat tire.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                      PRIVACY<\/b><\/p>\n

                      Our company, fully compliant with the GPDR Regulation, will keep the renter’s personal information on file to ensure the proper execution of the agreement.
